Publisher and Editor Suzy Casey, pictured, has spent years in the fine and performing arts field as a professional fundraiser, serving most recently as Director of Development for Arts Orange County, the county's non-profit arts council. She has enjoyed this current project to produce a book which reflects the deep connection between fine art and great cuisine and shows the brilliant range and talent of members of the flourishing art community in the county. Rita Goldberg has been the Managing Editor of Location 3 Magazine and has extensive experience in the publishing field. She and Suzy Casey have written for the "Artists Among Us" feature L3. Rita has written, edited and managed numerous publications for local, regional and institutional publications; she also serves as a Commissioner of the City of Newport Beach Arts Commission.
Karin Schnell is currently an Arts Consultant. She served as Director of Programs and Education for Arts Orange County, a nonprofit local arts agency for over seven years. She has worked as Curator of Education at an art museum, cultural arts coordinator for a city, and visual arts coordinator at an annual county fair; she has raised countless funds for a variety of art-oriented entities. Karin has taught graduate level courses for UCI Extension and CSU Fullerton in Museum Studies and Introduction to Arts Management. She is currently President of the Board of Dana Point Coastal Arts and serves on two City of Dana Point subcommittees. She currently serves as Chair on the countywide John Wayne Airport Arts Commission.
